1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order for our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Services Offered
We provide professional wedding video editing, color grading, and photo editing services. All services are customised according to your requirements and delivered digitally.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide all required files (e.g. raw footage, images, music) in a timely and organized manner.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any materials you upload do not violate copyrights or third-party rights.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
4. Turnaround & Delivery
Typical delivery time is between 7–14 business days unless otherwise agreed upon. Express delivery may be available at an extra charge. Final files are delivered via cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive or Dropbox).
5. Revisions
We offer up to three (3) rounds of revisions per project. Further revisions may be subject to additional fees.
6. Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP (£).
A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customised and digital nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once editing has begun. If you’re unhappy with the final output, we will work within the agreed revision limit to resolve your concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All final edited content is your property upon full payment.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential projects in our portfolio or social media for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage (including data loss or missed deadlines) arising from the use of our services, especially when caused by external factors such as delays in file delivery or poor-quality source material.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
